By accessing this website and registering for the 4th International Conference on Law, Governance and Social Justice (ICOLGAS) 2026, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ICOLGAS 2026 website and conference services operated by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. By creating an account or submitting a registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Registration and Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

3. Abstract and Paper Submissions

By submitting an abstract or full paper, you confirm that:

• The work is original and has not been published elsewhere
• You have the authority to submit on behalf of all co-authors
• The submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• You grant ICOLGAS 2026 the right to include accepted papers in the conference proceedings

Submissions found to contain plagiarism or fabricated data will be immediately disqualified and the author(s) may be reported to their institution.

4. Registration Fees and Payments

Conference registration fees are as stated on the Registration page. Please note:

• Fees must be paid by the stated deadline to confirm your participation
• Proof of payment must be uploaded through the participant portal
• Registration is only confirmed upon validation by the secretariat
• Fees are non-refundable unless the conference is cancelled by the organizers

5. Cancellation and Substitution

If you are unable to attend after registering:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund at the organizer's discretion
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable
• Substitution of a registered participant is allowed by notifying the secretariat in writing

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of the ICOLGAS 2026 organizers or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission, except for personal and non-commercial purposes.

7. Conduct at the Conference

All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the conference without refund.

8. Photography and Recording

By attending ICOLGAS 2026, you consent to being photographed or recorded during conference sessions. These materials may be used for academic, promotional, or documentation purposes. If you object, please notify the secretariat in writing before the event.

9. Limitation of Liability

ICOLGAS 2026 and Universitas Jenderal Soedirman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at the conference. We are not responsible for loss of property, travel disruptions, or personal injury during the event.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website or participation in the conference constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Purwokerto, Central Java.
